The RAPTER Group guiding principles are as follows:
  • Focus research on enhancing human performance using technology:
    • Individuals, teams, organizations
  • Expand applied research in advanced performance technologies:
    • Learning, simulation, information, etc.
  • Leverage internal UCF & local research & “talent”
  • Enhance effectiveness of the community’s use of technology through specialized “incubator/prototype” projects
  • Maximum use of “Just-in-time” non-traditional learning
  • Use Web technology for communications & interactive problem solving
  • Establish key partnerships with industry and agencies with common or complimentary focus
